Refund policy
Returns:
No refund or exchanges for any items. If an item is found to be DOA/missing parts, we will arrange an exchange/replacement if notified within 7 days of delivery. Otherwise, all sales are final. If you believe you have an issue outside of this scope, feel free to email us at store@malvix.com, and we will try our best to resolve the issue on a case by case basis.
Group Buys and Pre-Orders:
To be eligible for a refund of a group buy item, the refund request must be made within 5 days of making the order. After the period ends, no refunds are allowed. If you are within the requirements to request a refund, please email us at store@malvix.com. If you have an unexpected situation, we will deal with it on a case-by-case basis.
Damages and issues
We pack all our items we sell with great care. However once an item has been shipped, we cannot be held responsible for any damaged or lost goods delivered by the postal service/courier company. We will also not be responsible for any failure of delivery by the postal service/courier due to weather or natural disasters or due to any lost or stolen packages either from tracked or untracked parcels. If you move, you are responsible for emailing or contacting us to update your shipping address.
Customers that add Route Shipping Insurance to their orders will be fully insured against lost, theft and damaged orders. Customers can file a claim with Route directly to receive a reimbursement/reply within 24 hours.
If you have a problem with the product, we would have to evaluate it on a case-by-case basis. Feel free to email/contact us and we will do our best to help you out.
Refunds and Cancellations
Cancellation requests for made-to-order items are only accepted before work starts.
Other Refunds and Cancellations incur a 5% fee. This applies to all forms of cancellations for any in-stock order, including partial cancellations from editing orders.
Malvix Studio will not be responsible for any unpaid duties or taxes upon delivery. The recipient will be solely responsible for paying any duties/taxes that are applicable for their order/shipment. The shipping address provided on file will be the importer of record.
Malvix Studio will apply a 15% restocking fee + any applicable returned shipping charges for items that are refused upon delivery / returned to sender.
Malvix Studio reserves the right to change and or modify its policies at any given time without any prior notice.
