What is a Group Buy?

A Group Buy is a method of sale where a group of people combine their money together in order to meet a manufacturing amount requirement (MOQ) for lower prices.

There is no limit to the number of people who can join Group Buys. 

After the Group Buy period closes, we will then make the order for the products with the manufacturer. You will not be able to apply for cancellations once we reach this point. Production will begin after we have paid the manufacturer for the product.

Regular updates will be given on both the product page, as well as our discord server, which can be found in the navigation bar above.

Extras from each Group Buy will be available after the Group Buy units have shipped. We will announce extra dates through email as well as through discord, so make sure that you are connected to either of those channels.

Shipping information

We process and ship in-stock orders daily. Group Buys and Pre-Orders will be shipped after the manufacturing is finished and after the products arrive at our facilities and go through a quick quality check. Upon receiving a shipping notification, please allow up to a day for your tracking number to update properly.

Where are you located?

We are located in Surrey, British Columbia, Canada.

Can I do local pickup?

Yes, use promo code "LOCALPICKUP" at checkout. You will receive an email notification when your order is "Ready for Pickup". Please respond to the email and we will schedule a time to meet.

Pick ups are will be done at Gateway Skytrain Station.

*Due to COVID-19, we require that you wear a mask for pickup.

Can I modify (add/remove) my order?

We are shipping in-stock orders every day, so please fill out the contact form below as soon as possible if you want us to modify your order.
