What is a Groupbuy?
A Groupbuy is a method of sale where a group of people combine their money together in order to meet a minimum order quantity (MOQ) for manufacturing with lower prices.
There is no limit to the number of people who can join Groupbuys.
After the Groupbuy period closes, we will then make the order for the products with the manufacturer. You will not be able to apply for cancellations once we reach this point. Production will begin after we have paid the manufacturer for the product.
Regular updates will be given on both the updates page, as well as our discord server, which can be found in the navigation bar above.
Every Groupbuy will have an undisclosed number of extra units that will be made available after the Groupbuy units have shipped. We will announce extras dates through email, as well as through discord, so make sure that you are connected to both of those channels to have the best chance at getting one.
Where are you located?
We are located in Greater Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.
Can I do local pickup?
Yes! Choose the Pick up option at checkout. You will receive a "Your order is ready for pickup" email when we have finished preparing your order. Please respond to the email and we will schedule a time to meet.
Pickups will be held at Soo's Market in North Surrey. There is a parking lot there if you need to park your car, as well as a bus station nearby that connects to the SkyTrain.
*Due to COVID-19, we require that you wear a mask for pickup.
We process and ship in-stock orders daily. GroupBuys and Pre-Orders will be shipped after the manufacturing is finished and after the products arrive at our facilities and go through a quick quality check. Upon receiving a shipping notification, please allow up to a day for your tracking number to update properly.

Can I modify (add/remove) my order?
We are shipping in-stock orders every day, so please reply to your order confirmation email to let us know as soon as possible if you want us to modify your order.
