Shipping policy
In-Stock items will be shipped out within 2 business days. Made-to-Order items will be shipped out within 2-4 weeks assuming all materials are available, but will typically only take 3-5 business days. Group Buy items do not have a set shipping date, however, we will do our best to give accurate estimates and update you if there are any delays. If there are any address changes before a Group Buy order is delivered, please contact us ASAP. We will not be liable for mailing to an incorrect shipping address if you do not keep us updated.
If you have insured your package through Route and you encounter any issues with shipping, please file a claim with Route directly to receive a reimbursement/reply within 24 hours.
If a shipping courier does not deliver the package successfully, unfortunately that is outside of our control. Please contact your courier regarding potential shipping delays or failure of delivery. We can only help you with that process.
We currently do not ship to PO Boxes or APOs. If a PO Box address is provided, we will contact the customer to obtain a physical address, and there may be an adjustment invoice sent if there are any differences in shipping fees.

- Standard Tracked: This option is an affordable and slower shipping option that involves freight forwarding.
- Canada Post - Expedited Parcel: delivers within 1-7 business days, fully tracked.
- Canada Post - Xpresspost: delivers within 1-3 business days, fully tracked.
Shipments to USA:
- Canada Post - Tracked Packet USA: delivers within 4-7 business days, fully tracked. Handled by USPS. Up to 2 kg only.
- Canada Post - Expedited Parcel USA: delivers within 4-7 business days, fully tracked. Handled by USPS.
- Canada Post - Xpresspost USA: delivers within 2-3 business days, fully tracked. Handled by USPS.
- DHL Express: delivers within 1-2 business days, fully tracked.
International Shipping:
- Canada Post - Tracked Packet International: delivers within 6-10 business days, fully tracked. Delivered by your local post.
- Canada Post - Xpresspost International: delivers within 4–7 business days, fully tracked. This is the EMS option.
- DHL Express: delivers within 2-3 business days, fully tracked.
